Novios Café, formerly known as the Blue Plate Diner and Dunn Brothers Coffee, was established in March 2024, by owners Dalton and Megan after they purchased the establishment from Dennis and Lynn Wong. Their work in coffee shops and restaurants brought them together and helped them in their decision to run their own business. Dalton and Megan met at this establishment in 2021 and married in 2024. The name Novios Café pays homage to that special stage of their lives.
