At Novios Café, we are dedicated to serving thoughtfully prepared, nourishing food and quality crafted coffee that we roast in house.

Our mission at Novios Café is help you feel at home with quality food, drinks, and conversations. We want to create a warm and inviting environment where the food and beverages are as good as your experience.

Strawberry matcha

An iced matcha latte topped with strawberry cold foam. 

mango peach refresco

Peach mango refresher, green tea, and a hint of lemon. This drink is refreshing! 

Golden coast

A miel latte made with salted caramel and oat milk. This drink is tasty hot or iced. 

Roasted right here

We proudly roast our coffee beans in house which offers you bolder, fresher tasting coffee. Quality is what we strive for, and that’s why we chose Café Imports (a Certified B Corporation) in Minneapolis & Roseville, MN as our coffee importer.
